Hotel Sales Manager - Sharjah, UAE

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue and occupancy levels. You will also maintain relationships with existing clients and partners, negotiate contracts, and work closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking and cold calling
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Create proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to develop promotional campaigns and packages
• Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage
• Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
