Sales Manager - Sharjah
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
- Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Train and mentor new members of the sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Experience in training and mentoring sales staff
- No English language proficiency or prior work experience is required for this role
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1300$ per month, along with performance-based incentives. This position is open to Canadian or Nepali nationals or those who are legally authorized to work in Sharjah.
