We are a leading international company looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in the African market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the African market and experience in sales management. The main responsibility of this role is to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients in Africa.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the African market.
• Identify potential clients, build new business opportunities, and maintain existing client relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the African market.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building successful sales teams.
• Ability to travel frequently within Africa.
