We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – ICT to drive business growth and expand our market presence across the UAE, with a focus on CCTV, ELV, Access Control, and Security Systems.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for CCTV, ELV, Access Control, and Security Systems.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, system integrators, and end clients.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close profitable deals.
- Analyze the UAE security systems market and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, and project teams for solution design and costing.
- Support project handover after sales closure.
- Follow up on payments, variations, and contract amendments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue KPIs.
- Proven experience in ICT / ELV / CCTV / Security Systems business development and sales.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and client network.
- Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, system integrators, and end clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets.
