Head of Commercials | Payment Solutions | Sharjah
Head of Commercials to lead revenue growth, commercial strategy and business expansion across the payments and fintech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive commercial strategy, revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify and convert high-value opportunities across banks, Fin Techs, PSPs, telcos and enterprise merchants
- Lead strategic partnerships, commercial negotiations and deal structuring
- Drive merchant acquisition, upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Monitor revenue, transaction volumes, margins, profitability and commercial performance
- Develop pricing, forecasts and commercial plans in collaboration with Finance and senior management
- Lead and mentor the commercial/business development team
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance and Risk teams to deliver commercial initiatives
- 14-18 years of experience in Commercial, Business Development, Sales or Revenue leadership with a minimum of 5 years experience in UAE in leadership role.
- Must have strong background in Payments / Fin Tech / Merchant Acquiring / POS / Financial Services.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise and strategic deals
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, transaction-based business models and commercial economics
- Experience managing senior client relationships and commercial teams
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
