Job Description:
Shanghai Gifts Trading LLC is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah.
The role focuses on selling corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, branded products and customized gifting solutions to business customers.
Candidates with previous experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, advertising products or B2B sales will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable product information and recommendations.
- Generate new sales leads through calls, Whats App, networking and other business channels.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert enquiries into orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable promotional products and corporate gifts.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements.
- Follow up on orders and ensure smooth communication with customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, leads and sales activities.
- Stay updated on new promotional products, gifting trends and customized branding options.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in corporate gifting / promotional merchandise sales is a priority.
- B2B sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to generate leads and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- UAE sales experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
Preferred candidate: Filipino female professional with a strong interest in sales and customer relationship management.
Candidates with experience selling corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, branded products, advertising materials or related B2B products are particularly encouraged to apply.
What You'll Be DoingThis is a hands‑on sales role where you will work directly with customers, understand their gifting and branding requirements, recommend products, follow up on opportunities and convert enquiries into business.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with corporate clients and working toward measurable sales targets.
