Script Writer

Script Writer at Baavee Global FZC LLC in Sharjah, SH, AE. This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. Your main responsibility will be to find and contact businesses that have an opportunity to improve their social media presence and introduce them to Baa Vee Media. You will research businesses through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google and other online sources, understand their current social media presence, and make calls to the relevant decision-makers.

This is a sales-focused role, so confidence on calls, communication skills and the ability to handle objections are important.

Research and identify potential business clients through social media and online platforms. Find businesses that are not managing their social media effectively or could benefit from professional content and marketing. Contact businesses by phone and introduce Baa Vee Media and our services. Speak with business owners, managers and marketing decision-makers. Understand the business's current marketing and social media needs. Clearly explain our services, including content creation, social media management, video production, advertising and branding.

Follow up with interested prospects through calls and Whats App. Maintain a record of calls, leads, follow-ups and potential clients. Schedule meetings or strategy calls between interested prospects and our team. Work towards monthly lead generation and sales targets. Build a consistent pipeline of potential clients.

Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, business development or sales is preferred. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision‑makers. Confident, energetic and professional over the phone. Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and social media is a plus. Able to identify when a business has a weak or poorly managed social media presence. Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups.

Target-oriented and motivated by commission. Good English communication skills. Additional languages are a plus. UAE sales experience is an advantage.

Fixed monthly salary + attractive commission on successful sales. The more qualified leads you generate and the more clients you close, the more you can earn.
