As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve companys goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and guidance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
