Senior Sales Manager

We are a leading company in the Sharjah region seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team.

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to meet targets and objectives
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with clients
• Provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales preferably in the same industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month plus incentives along with free visa sponsorship and air ticket.
