Role Overview :Orbit International Survey Services LLCseeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the UAE market, specifically within the Oilfield Facilities,Third-Party Inspection (TPI), Mechanical Integrity, and Dimensional Controlsectors. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven experience in bidding and quotation preparation, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE oil & gas and industrial sectors.
- Promote company services including Oilfield Facilities support, TPI services, Mechanical Integrity solutions, and Dimensional Control activities.
- Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids, proposals, and quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client accounts.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities in the UAE region.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate proposal submissions.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals in line with company objectives.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and site visits as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Business Development.
- At least 5 years of experience in the UAE market.
- Strong experience in Oil & Gas sector, specifically in Oilfield Facilities,Third-Party Inspection (TPI), Mechanical Integrity, Dimensional Control
- Proven experience in Bid Management and Quotation preparation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE market and industry standards.
