We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah As our ideal candidate you will have a strong background in hotel sales and be able to effectively communicate with both domestic and international clients You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue This role also involves managing a team of sales representatives monitoring their performance and providing training and support when needed
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for the hotel
- Build relationships with corporate clients travel agents event planners and other potential partners
- Attend trade shows conferences and networking events to promote the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competitors activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Manage a team of sales representatives set targets monitor their performance and provide guidance and support when needed
- Prepare monthly sales reports for upper management
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Excellent communication skills in English Arabic language skills are a plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Familiarity with market trends and competitors activities in the hospitality industry
- Competitive salary of 1600$ per month negotiable based on experience
- Visa sponsorship provided for non-UAE nationals
