Join our team as a Sales Representative! We're looking for a friendly individual who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for cars. Prior experience in car sales is a plus but not required. We value diverse sales backgrounds and are excited to welcome new talents to our team.
Responsibilities- Customer Engagement
: - Greet and interact with showroom visitors to understand their needs and interests.
- Recommend vehicles that align with customer requirements.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships for future business and referrals.
- Provide top-notch after-sale service to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Sales Transactions
: - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct test drives, showcasing vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate sale prices and trade-in values effectively.
- Financial and Paperwork Assistance
: - Assist customers with financing options and complete necessary paperwork.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with company and bank policies.
- Collect customer documents for auto loans and coordinate with bank agents, ensuring timely loan approvals.
- Learn and Share Vehicle Knowledge
: - Acquire in-depth knowledge of various car brands and models.
- Educate customers about vehicle features and benefits.
- Accompany customers on test drives, demonstrating car functionalities.
- Sales Documentation & Administration
: - Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage sales documentation and reports.
- Team Coordination for Export Sales
: - Handle export documentation and procedures for international vehicle sales.
- Coordinate with customers or shipping companies for necessary documents (e.g., exit certificate, export bill of entry, bill of lading).
- Update the accounts department on the status and completion of export-related documentation.
- Associate degree or high school diploma.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, focusing on customer service and satisfaction.
- Professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude. Experience with high-profile customers is a plus.
- Competitive yet customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about sales and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in Malayalam and English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
- Willing to work extra hours to meet sales targets.
- Strong telephonic communication skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Proficiency in computer use, including email, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Full-time
- 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, with a break from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- Standard benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
