- Drive outdoor sales of wood flooring timber and related flooring products across the UAE
- Develop new business opportunities through client visits project enquiries networking and market research
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors interior designers architects consultants fit-out companies developers and other key customers
- Identify upcoming projects and generate qualified sales leads
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable flooring products and solutions
- Prepare quotations negotiate commercial terms and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Conduct regular site and client visits and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Coordinate with the internal sales warehouse and management teams for smooth order execution and delivery
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding receivables
- Monitor competitor activities market pricing and customer trends and provide regular feedback to management
- Minimum 3–7 years of relevant outdoor/project sales experience in the UAE.
- Mandatory/relevant industry experience:
Wood Flooring, Timber, Outdoor Decking, Parquet, Engineered Wood Flooring, Architectural Wood Products or closely related building materials. - Strong existing network among architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, consultants and landscaping companies will be highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in B2B/project sales and customer relationship management.
- Good understanding of the UAE construction, interior design and building-materials market.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Good English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to generate new business through outdoor visits, networking and direct customer engagement.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined and target‑oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
- Important:
Candidates without relevant UAE outdoor sales experience in wood flooring, timber, decking or related building materials will not be considered.
