Welcome customers and provide professional jewellery sales assistance.
Explain gold purity, jewellery designs, diamond products, pricing and making charges.
Handle gold and diamond jewellery sales and customer enquiries.
Assist customers with old gold exchange and valuation procedures.
Maintain jewellery displays, stock records and showroom cleanliness.
Handle billing, POS transactions and daily sales records.
Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Follow company policies and maintain accurate inventory records.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in jewellery sales, preferably in the UAE.
Good knowledge of gold jewellery, purity, weight calculation and making charges.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to communicate in English;
Hindi, Malayalam or Arabic is an advantage.Honest, responsible, presentable and customer-focused.
Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
