Drive company vehicles safely for customer visits deliveries and material collections Visit existing and potential customers to promote printing and packaging knife products and services Develop new customer relationships and identify potential sales opportunities Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Knife Section production team Follow up with customers regarding quotations orders deliveries and payments when required Deliver finished knife products to customers and collect materials or samples from customer locations Maintain proper records of customer visits orders deliveries and collections Provide regular feedback on customer requirements market conditions and competitor activities Ensure company vehicle is maintained properly and report any vehicle issues immediately Follow all UAE traffic rules and company safety procedures Perform other duties related to sales delivery and Knife Section operations as assigned by management
Requirements- Valid UAE driving licence
- Previous experience in printing packaging die-making knife manufacturing or a related industry is preferred
- Sales and customer-handling experience will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of printing packaging processes and cutting dies knives is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations
- Willingness to travel within the UAE for customer visits and deliveries
