Sales Representative - Used Heavy Machinery; Arabic Speaker

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in used heavy equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales within the heavy equipment industry, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for used heavy machinery and equipment
• Promote and sell used excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, dump trucks, cranes and other heavy equipment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery based on their operational needs and budget
• Prepare sales quotations, negotiate prices and close sales deals
• Conduct market research to identify customer demand, competitor activities and market trends
• Follow up on customer inquiries, leads and sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding machinery availability, pricing, inspections and delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and follow-up schedules
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Language:
  Arabic and English
• Experience:
  
  3-10 years of sales experience in the heavy equipment and used machinery industry
• Proven background in selling used heavy machinery and equipment
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment specifications, condition, pricing and market demand
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and customer relationship management skills
• Computer skills are mandatory, including MS Office, Excel, email and sales reporting
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Ability to develop new clients, manage sales leads and work independently to achieve targets
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
• Candidates with an established customer network in the used heavy machinery market will be preferred
• Experience in equipment trading, machinery resale and B2B sales is highly desirable
• A target-oriented individual with business development and closing skills
