Travel Sales Executive – B2B & Corporate

Global Pride Tourism is a Sharjah-based travel company serving corporate clients, travel agencies and B2B partners. Our services include visas, flights, hotels, holiday packages and corporate travel solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Travel Sales Executive to acquire and manage corporate and B2B accounts across the UAE. This is a field-sales role involving regular client visits, active prospecting and consistent follow-up.

• Identify and acquire new corporate and travel-agency accounts.
• Generate leads through market visits, calls, referrals and networking.
• Promote the company’s travel products and corporate solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate rates and close profitable business.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships.
• Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure timely service delivery and payment collection.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, client records and follow-up schedules.
• Achieve assigned sales, gross-profit and account-acquisition targets.

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar UAE corporate or B2B travel-sales role.
• Existing contacts within the UAE corporate or travel-agency market.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire accounts and close sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and account-management skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Willingness to conduct regular field visits.
• Experience with corporate ticketing, hotels, holiday packages, visa services, CRM systems or travel booking platforms is an advantage.

A minimum of three years’ relevant experience and a valid UAE driving licence are essential for this position.
