- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred for a foundational understanding of the industry.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in spare parts sales or a related field, demonstrating a successful sales track record.
- Proven experience in the automotive, aerospace, or machinery sectors is highly desirable for industry-specific knowledge.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex spare parts specifications and functionalities.
