- Identify and approach potential customers for car care and automotive services
- Promote services such as PPF Ceramic Coating Graphene Coating Polishing Car Wrapping and Interior Upgrades
- Handle customer inquiries through Whats App phone calls and walk-in visits
- Prepare quotations negotiate prices and close sales
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Maintain customer records and provide regular sales reports
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of automotive products and car care services is an advantage.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
