Excavator Operator

We are seeking experienced and skilled Excavator Operators to join our team in Sharjah. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction projects.

• Operate excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project requirements.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times while operating equipment.
• Use hand signals or radio communication with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials.
• Read and interpret construction plans to determine excavation areas and depths.
• Load trucks, move materials, or perform other tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Keep accurate records of daily activities, including hours worked, materials moved, fuel usage, etc.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting.
• Valid certification or license for operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to read construction plans and communicate effectively with ground crew.
• Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position. Additionally, we provide visa sponsorship for candidates from India or Africa who wish to work in Sharjah. This opportunity is also open for English-speaking candidates from any nationality.
