HVAC Ductman​/Duct Installer

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Ductmen for HVAC projects in Dubai to fabricate, install, align, and finish duct systems according to project specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with GI and pre‑insulated ducts and a strong understanding of HVAC systems.

• Fabricate, assemble, and install GI and pre‑insulated HVAC ducts with accurate alignment and dimensions.
• Read and interpret HVAC shop drawings, layouts, and specifications to execute site works correctly.
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape duct materials using hand and power tools for precise installation.
• Install duct supports, hangers, and brackets, ensuring structural stability and compliance.
• Seal duct joints and apply insulation according to project standards to minimize air leakage.
• Coordinate with HVAC technicians, insulation teams, and supervisors to meet project milestones.
• Inspect installed ducts for quality, alignment, and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Rectify defective works as instructed to maintain project standards and deadlines.
• Follow UAE site safety regulations and use PPE consistently.
• Assist in commissioning and testing of HVAC duct systems.
• Document daily work progress and provide reports to site engineers.

• Proven experience as a Ductman / HVAC Technician in commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and layouts.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools for fabrication and installation.
• Knowledge of duct sealing, insulation, and support systems.
• Familiarity with UAE site safety regulations and PPE usage.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills with other site trades.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in commissioning and testing HVAC duct systems.
• Physically fit for lifting, bending, and working at heights.
