Newgen BPM developer - Java

Nair Systems is currently looking Newgen BPM Developer for our UAE operations QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a software development role

• Experience architecting and developing workflow‑based solutions or functionality.
• Experience with web development technologies preferential.
• Willingness to learn BPM and other automation technologies.
• Knowledge of current technological trends in the software development industry, such as OOPs and multi‑tier architecture.
• Software development, component architecture, web‑based software.
• Knowledge of system integration issues.
• Proficiency in JAVA, JSP, Servlets, EJB, SQL/Oracle, J2EE and related technologies, with adequate programming skills.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients.

Experience (experience required for the job): 2-4 years of relevant industry experience across a wide variety of development projects.

Educational

Qualification:

B.E/B. Tech. – CS/IT/MCA, M.Tech or an equivalent degree from a reputed institute is preferred.

• Developing and installing software solutions.
• Designing, implementing and delivering high quality software projects in JAVA, SQL/Oracle, J2EE and other JAVA technologies.
• Participate in detailed level design, coding, code walkthrough, peer code reviews and unit testing.
• System testing, UAT, demos, POCs, installation and maintenance of software modules.
• Prepare software prototype, system architecture, software design document; develop user interfaces according to UX guidelines; ensure code follows guidelines; produce code review artefacts, test plans and test cases; create installation/deployment, release and technical documentation.
• Document and demonstrate solutions through documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts and clear code comments; ensure project tasks are completed within defined effort.
• Testing: write test cases, perform unit testing, system testing and negative testing.
• Troubleshooting: log analysis and database query optimization.
• Improve operations by conducting system analysis.
• Develop and customize loan origination system.
• Develop custom BPM solution related to banking industry.
• Have thorough knowledge of UAE ecosystem components (e.g., Emirates , UAEPass, etc.).
