We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our team in Sharjah. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for web development. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining websites, creating web applications, and providing technical support.
Job DescriptionThe Web Developer will be responsible for creating new websites, updating existing sites, and ensuring that the websites are secure and user-friendly. The successful candidate will have experience with coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL as well as knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as Word Press or Drupal. Additionally, the Web Developer will need to understand the fundamentals of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) in order to ensure that the sites they create are visible on search engines.
Responsibilities- Designing layouts for new websites based on customer specifications
- Developing new websites using coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.
- Updating existing websites to make them more efficient and user-friendly
- Troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise with customers’ websites
- Implementing SEO techniques to ensure visibility of the website on search engines
- Testing website functionality prior to launch
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ IT or related field preferred but not required
- Proven experience with coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as Word Press or Drupal required
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals is essential
Salary: 1700 per month
