An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior T24 Developer to join a leading banking technology environment in Sharjah, UAE. The role focuses on developing, customizing, and supporting Temenos Transact (T24) solutions, with a strong emphasis on AA (Arrangement Architecture), TPH development, integrations, APIs, and Islamic Core Banking platforms.

As a Senior T24 Developer, you will play a key role in the development, customization, enhancement, and support of Temenos Transact (T24) Core Banking solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams, you will design and implement new banking products, interfaces, web services, APIs, and validation routines. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in T24 Release R22 and above, strong technical development capabilities, and extensive experience within Islamic Core Banking environments.

In addition to development responsibilities, you will support system upgrades, End-of-Day (EOD) processing, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical banking transformation initiatives within a modern and highly regulated financial services environment.

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Temenos Transact (T24) Core Banking applications.
• Develop and support Arrangement Architecture (AA) and TPH modules.
• Create and enhance T24 products, applications, routines, validation scripts, and business processes.
• Design and implement interfaces, web services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Support Temenos Transact Release R22 and newer platform environments.
• Perform technical analysis, solution design, and development for business enhancement requests.
• Develop and maintain T24 customization components in accordance with banking requirements.
• Support End-of-Day (EOD) processes and troubleshoot system issues.
• Work closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Optimize application performance and ensure platform stability and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation, development specifications, and support procedures.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution for core banking applications.

• 10+ years of development experience on Temenos Transact (T24) Core Banking platforms.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AA (Arrangement Architecture) Development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with TPH Development.
• Proven experience working with Temenos Transact Release R22 and above.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic Core Banking systems and processes.
• Experience designing and developing T24 interfaces, APIs, web services, and validation routines.
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
• Experience working with Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of Java application development and integration concepts.
• Experience with IBM Web Sphere Application Server (WAS).
• Experience with IBM MQ messaging platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with T24 customization, enhancement, and technical support.
• Experience managing End‑of-Day (EOD) processing and issue resolution.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Temenos Integration Framework (IF).
• Knowledge of T24 upgrade and migration projects.
• Experience implementing digital banking integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud-based banking platforms and architectures.
• Exposure to Dev Ops, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices.
• Understanding of banking regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in large enterprise banking transformation programs.
