Role Overview :

Design, develop, and optimize production-grade AI products and full-stack applications
, working closely with engineering, data, UX, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

-

• Develop scalable full-stack applications and APIs using API-first and event-driven architectures.
• Build reusable components, services, and libraries using modern frameworks.
• Develop cloud-native solutions on Azure or other major cloud platforms.
• Optimize frontend/backend systems for performance, scalability, usability, and security
  .
• Implement authentication, data protection, and security best practices
  .
• Collaborate with UI/UX, engineering, product, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams
  .
• Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure production quality.
• Drive continuous improvement through modern technologies, engineering practices, and AI trends.

Requirements &

Skills:

-

• 5+ years of software/product development experience, preferably in AI products
  .
• Strong full-stack development experience across backend and/or frontend.
• Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, React, Angular, Vue.js
  , or similar technologies.
• Strong experience designing secure, production-grade APIs
  , including API versioning, monitoring, tracing, logging, and modern authentication.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  .
• Experience with CI/CD, Git/version control, and deployment automation
  .
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI
  , and frameworks such as Lang Graph or Microsoft Agent Framework is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native and scalable system architecture
  .
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Banking Exposure is preferred.
