As a Sr. Oracle Web Center Developer supporting a leading firm on an on-site basis in Sharjah, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of portal customization, content management workflows, ADF application development, and middleware performance tuning. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing custom portal templates, skins, task flows, and portlets using Oracle Web Center Portal 12c/14c, managing UCM content models and workflows, configuring Oracle Web Logic Server deployments, executing REST/SOAP and RIDC integrations, troubleshooting production performance anomalies, collaborating with enterprise IT squads, and interacting directly with talent acquisition specialists like Amreen Sayyed.

• Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise portal solutions utilizing Oracle Web Center Portal 12c/14c, including page templates, skins, task flows, and portlets.
• Configure, manage, and customize Oracle Web Center Content (UCM) repositories, content models, workflows, metadata profiles, and custom components.
• Develop robust backend and middleware components utilizing Oracle ADF, Java EE, JDeveloper, and Web Logic Server deployment frameworks.
• Integrate enterprise applications and portal services utilizing REST and SOAP web services, Remote Intradoc Client (RIDC), and Oracle SOA Suite/OSB.
• Implement secure enterprise identity and access management integration including OAM/OID, LDAP, Active Directory, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Conduct comprehensive performance tuning, thread analysis, memory optimization, and troubleshooting across Web Center and Web Logic production environments.
• Ensure strict adherence to enterprise security baselines, code quality standards, and high-availability service level agreements.
• Maintain meticulous technical documentation, architecture schematics, deployment runbooks, and configuration change logs.
