Gymnastics Coach – PSA (Pro Sports UAE)

United Arab Emirates,Sharjah
Pro Sports UAE is a leading sports academy dedicated to developing athletes through quality coaching, structured programs, and a positive training environment. We are expanding our gymnastics department and looking for an experienced coach to join our passionate team.
Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coach who can deliver high-quality coaching following the USA Gymnastics program. The ideal candidate should bring energy, professionalism, and teamwork to every session while helping gymnasts reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and conduct gymnastics sessions for various age groups and levels.
- Ensure safety, engagement, and proper skill development in every class.
- Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to maintain program standards.
- Evaluate athletes’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in organizing events, clinics, and competitions.
- Minimum 4 years of experience coaching gymnastics (Level 1-5).
- Familiarity with the USA Gymnastics program (USAG).
- Valid driving license and access to a car.
- English fluency (spoken and written).
- Recognized gymnastics coaching certifications.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong teamwork skills.
