Logistics Coordinator - Sharjah, UAE (Indian Nationals)
We are a leading logistics company in Sharjah looking for a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the logistics process, including shipping, warehousing, and transportation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery times
- Handle customs clearance procedures for imported goods
- Monitor transportation costs and negotiate rates with carriers
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and international shipping terms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software systems
- Indian national preferred
