Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and transportation.
* Track and monitor shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proactively resolving any transit issues.
* Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation, invoices, and customs declarations accurately.
* Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain precise records of all logistics activities, inventory movements, and operational data.
* Ensure strict compliance with all local, national, and international shipping regulations and standards.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or supply chain roles.
* Proficiency in using logistics software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational skills with an excellent ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
