Overview

Position: Forklift Operator

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Nationality Preferred: Any

• Operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.) to move materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and storage areas
• Transport materials to designated locations following workflow and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
• Assist with picking, packing, labeling, and general warehouse duties when required.
• Conduct daily equipment checks (battery, fuel, tires, forks, hydraulics).
• Stack and organize products in racking systems without damage.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent (many employers accept candidates without formal education if they have experience).
• 2–4 year of warehouse or forklift experience.
• Valid forklift operating license.
• Proven experience as a forklift operator or warehouse worker.
• Ability to read and understand inventory documents and safety instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
