• Oversee daily airport operations to ensure seamless passenger and cargo flow.
• Manage airport staff and coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations and protocols at all times.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance airport efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with airlines, government agencies, and service providers to optimize operations.
• Monitor airport facilities and address any maintenance or operational issues promptly.
• Prepare and present reports on airport operations performance and incidents.
• Provide leadership and training to staff to improve operational knowledge and skills.
• Respond to operational emergencies and coordinate emergency response efforts effectively.
• Liaise with stakeholders to handle customer service issues and enhance passenger experience.
• Implement strategies for operational improvement and cost management efficiencies.
• Supervise airport logistics, including the handling of baggage, freight, and ground services.

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in airport operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of aviation industry regulations and airport operational standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions swiftly and accurately.
• Proficiency in using airport management software and other operational tools.
• Flexible schedule allowing for shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
