We are seeking a motivated and experienced Ship Chandler Technical Executive to join our growing maritime team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Handle vessel requisitions and technical inquiries
- Source marine spare parts, store items, and technical supplies
- Prepare quotations and coordinate procurement activities
- Liaise with ship owners, managers, masters, and suppliers
- Coordinate deliveries to vessels at ports and anchorages
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely fulfillment of vessel requirements
- Negotiate prices and delivery schedules with vendors
- Maintain accurate records and reports

Minimum Qualifications- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ship chandling, marine procurement, or technical supply
- Strong knowledge of marine spare parts, deck, engine, and safety equipment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet vessel deadlines
- UAE driving license preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
