• Communicate clearly and efficiently with drivers to ensure accurate pickup and delivery times.
• Address any route changes, delays, or issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage relationships with fixed monthly outsource drivers responsible for transporting our vehicles.
• Coordinate and schedule ad-hoc outsource drivers for additional transportation needs.
• Oversee the movement of vehicles by coordinating with both fixed and ad-hoc drivers.
• Ensure that vehicles are delivered to designated locations on time and in optimal condition.
• Implement strategies to improve driver performance and maintain positive relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or any related field.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination, with a focus on vendor management and multitasking.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and carriers within the automotive sector.
