Job Summary
We are urgently hiring an experienced Delivery Staff for a restaurant in Sharjah who is responsible for delivering orders to customers safely, accurately and on time while providing good customer service and maintaining professional behaviour. The candidate should be capable of working efficiently in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities- Pick up and deliver orders to customers on time.
- Verify delivery details and ensure order accuracy.
- Handle packages/products carefully during transportation.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status.
- Collect payments if required.
- Follow delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow company policies and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous delivery experience is an advantage.
- Valid driving license (if required).
- Good communication skills.
- Basic English knowledge (if required).
- Ability to use maps/GPST.
- Time management and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle deliveries.
