Role Summary

The Logistics Assistant plays a key role in managing daily transportation operations, including delivery bike coordination, vehicle scheduling, and maintenance oversight. This position ensures smooth interdepartmental collaboration while utilizing Microsoft-based digital tools for tracking, reporting, and communication. The ideal candidate is approachable, adaptable, and technically proficient, serving as a vital link between transportation services and administrative functions.

• Supervise and coordinate transportation schedules, routes, vehicle assignments, delivery bikes.
• Communicate effectively with third-party service providers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor fleet performance and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee delivery bike operations and ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, and relevant departments.
• Adapt swiftly to operational changes and emergencies.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by the department.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in transportation, delivery operations, or vehicle maintenance
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Familiarity with delivery bikes, vehicle parts and knowledge with delivery box maintenance and repair
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Friendly, approachable personality with effective communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Proactive, hands-on problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
