Responsibilities
- Navigate efficiently through urban environments to ensure timely deliveries utilizing GPS and local knowledge to optimize routes.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating effectively with clients during pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Inspect the bike and delivery equipment regularly to ensure safety and functionality, addressing any issues immediately.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they are secured and delivered in pristine condition while adhering to all handling guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training in logistics or delivery services is a plus.
- Valid motorcycle or bicycle driver's license with a clean driving record to ensure safety and compliance.
- Experience in urban navigation, preferably with a minimum of 2 years in a delivery or courier role.
- Proficiency in using mobile apps and GPS technology for route planning and delivery tracking.
