Responsibilities
- Safely operate light vehicles for the timely transportation of goods or passengers while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal working conditions and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Manage route planning and navigation using GPS systems to enhance efficiency and reduce delivery times
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage fuel consumption and delivery schedules to provide comprehensive reports to management
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or transportation is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a driving role with a clean driving record.
- Valid driver's license with the appropriate class for light vehicles, and any necessary endorsements.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic repair skills to handle minor issues on the road..
