Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable Courier to join our team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of goods, documents, and other items to the stated destination. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are looking for a job with a salary of 1800 AED per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Pick up goods from various locations according to the delivery schedule
- Ensure that goods are safely and securely loaded onto vehicles
- Follow assigned routes and adhere to delivery timelines
- Collect signatures from customers or representatives upon delivery of items
- Maintain accurate records and logbooks of deliveries
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed when loading, unloading, and transporting items
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle at all times
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- High school diploma or equivalent degree is preferred
- Good knowledge of Sharjah roads, routes, streets, etc.
- Valid UAE driver’s license (Light Vehicle) is essential
- Ability to lift heavy load up to 20 kgs
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
