We are looking for an experienced and reliable Courier to join our team in Sharjah. The Courier will be responsible for providing a smooth delivery service by collecting and delivering items within given time frames. You will need to ensure that all items are delivered safely, on time and in a professional manner. You should be able to complete all paperwork needed for each delivery and work collaboratively with the dispatch team.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure timely deliveries while paying attention to customer service.
- Collecting items from designated locations within specified timelines
- Verifying item descriptions against order forms
- Packaging goods carefully prior to delivery
- Transporting items using company vehicles or other modes of transportation as required
- Completing paperwork such as delivery notes, receipts etc.
- Prioritizing urgent orders appropriately
- Ensuring compliance with traffic regulations at all times
- Driving license holder
- Knowledge of Sharjah geography and road network
- Organizational & communication skills
- Ability to work quickly & accurately under pressure
