Logistics Coordinator - Sharjah, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and distribution.

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments for timely delivery
• Track shipment progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve any issues or delays
• Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost‑effective transportation solutions
• Monitor freight costs and implement cost‑saving strategies
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs clearance documents
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, inventory levels, and expenses

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and logistics software (e.g. SAP)
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
• Indian nationality preferred (candidates from other nationalities will also be considered)

Salary: AED 1100 per month (depending on experience)
