Truck Driver - Sharjah, UAE
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a truck to transport goods from one location to another. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking individual who enjoys being on the road and has a passion for delivering goods.
Responsibilities- Operate trucks safely and follow all traffic laws
- Load and unload goods onto the truck
- Plan routes and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Inspect truck for any mechanical issues before and after each trip
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, etc.
- Communicate with dispatchers to receive delivery instructions
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a truck driver
- Valid UAE driving license for trucks
- Good knowledge of traffic laws and regulations in UAE
- Ability to operate trucks in a variety of weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physically fit to handle loading and unloading of goods
High school diploma or equivalent
LanguageFluency in Malayalam is preferred
NationalityMalayalee (Indian)
SalaryCompetitive salary based on experience
