Logistics Coordinator - Indian Nationals (English Speaking) - Sharjah, UAE

Our company is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian National to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator in Sharjah, UAE. As a part of our growing logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods and materials across our supply chain.

• Oversee the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and/or customers
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to ensure on-time delivery of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking numbers, and delivery dates
• Analyze shipping methods and costs to identify opportunities for cost savings
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process
• Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and documentation requirements

• Must be an Indian national with excellent command of English language
• Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (e.g. SAP)
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
