Logistics Coordinator (Part-time, Entry Level)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with a passion for logistics and supply chain management, who are looking to gain experience in the field.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Your main goal will be to optimize the supply chain process and ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

• Coordinate shipments from suppliers to our warehouse and from our warehouse to customers
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective transportation
• Track shipments and provide updates to relevant parties
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process
• Continuously analyze logistics processes and make suggestions for improvements

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Indian nationality preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage but not required
• Must have a valid UAE residence visa
