We are a leading logistics company based in Sharjah and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and efficient operations.

• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Track shipments and provide updates to relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels and replenish as necessary.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Resolve any issues or delays in shipment in a timely manner.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Assist in the development of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or related role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Indian nationality preferred.
