Logistics Coordinator (Indian Nationals Only)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of our company's logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials to our clients.

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including transportation, inventory management, and procurement.
• Plan and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods to clients.
• Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and customer orders.
• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs documents.
• Manage transportation costs and negotiate rates with carriers.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations for international shipments.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the logistics process.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of logistics software such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
