We are seeking a reliable and experienced Indian Truck Driver to join our team in Sharjah on a contract basis.
Responsibilities- Safely operate a truck to transport goods and materials to various locations
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Ensure all necessary paperwork including bills of lading are completed accurately and on time
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules delays or any other relevant information
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain a clean and organized truck at all times
- Must hold a valid Indian drivers license for heavy vehicles
- Ability to read maps and use GPS systems for navigation
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as required
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with dispatchers and customers
- Flexibility to work long hours if needed
- Competitive salary of 1200$ per month
- Accommodation provided by the company if needed
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
