As a Long Haul Truck Driver you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a tractor-trailer to transport goods over long distances. You will be required to follow all traffic laws and regulations, maintain accurate driving logs and ensure the timely delivery of goods to their designated locations. This role requires a valid commercial drivers license CDL and the ability to drive for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities- Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods over long distances
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate driving logs
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to designated locations
- Communicate with dispatchers and other team members as needed
- Valid commercial drivers license CDL
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills
- High level of physical fitness as the job may involve heavy lifting and long hours of sitting
- Familiarity with truck maintenance and repair procedures is a plus
Salary $1400month
