Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school and related activities ensuring timely arrivals and departures
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus identifying and reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior fostering a comfortable environment for students
- Manage student behavior effectively enforcing safety rules and promoting a respectful atmosphere during transit
- High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating basic education standards.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a school bus endorsement, ensuring legal compliance to operate a bus.
- Minimum of 1 years of driving experience, showcasing a proven track record of safe driving practices.
- Experience working with children, highlighting the ability to interact positively and manage diverse behavior.
