Silverlite is hiring a Warehouse Worker cum Delivery Driver for our Sharjah facility. The role covers day-to-day warehouse duties - receiving, storing, picking and packing customer orders - and includes supporting our delivery team on the road when required.
Responsibilities:Receive incoming shipments and check quantities and condition against delivery notes
Store stock in correct locations and keep racking tidy and clearly labelled
Pick, pack and label customer orders accurately and on time
Print out invoices and packing slips for deliveries once forwarded.
Load and unload delivery vehicles safely, ensuring goods are properly secured
Accompany drivers on deliveries across Dubai and Sharjah when required, including unloading and handover of goods.
Collect signed proof of delivery and return paperwork and undelivered items to the warehouse
Assist with stock counts and report any discrepancies or damage
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse in line with health and safety procedures
Valid Driver's license (ability to drive a manual)
Warehouse, stores or logistics experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate
Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, standing and manual work throughout the shift
Accurate and detail-oriented with good basic numeracy
Basic spoken English;
Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam or Arabic an advantage
Valid UAE driving licence an advantage
Willing to travel for deliveries and work overtime during peak periods
