Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 + Accommodation Provided
Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Heavy Truck Driver to transport goods and materials safely between locations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining vehicle safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Operation:
Safely drive and operate heavy trucks/trailers in compliance with UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.
Cargo Handling:
Assist with or oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring cargo is properly secured and balanced before transit.
Route Planning:
Plan optimal routes to ensure timely deliveries while avoiding traffic delays and bad road conditions.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking oil, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and fuel levels). Report any mechanical faults or repairs needed immediately.
Documentation:
Keep accurate logs of working hours, vehicle service records, delivery notes, receipts, and logbooks as per company guidelines.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere strictly to road safety standards, company protocols, and UAE transportation regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
License:
Must hold a valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 4 or equivalent).
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Heavy Truck Driver in the UAE or GCC region.
